PPEA 2004 STALLION SERVICE AUCTION BID FORM This form is for the use of the mare owner to bid on a stud service offered by the Pennsylvania Palomino Exhibitors Association in its Stallion Service Auction for the 2004 Breeding Season. A check in the amount of the bid plus the office fees shall accompany bid. Post dated checks will not be accepted. After 1/31/04 services are sold on a first-come, first-sold basis. If for any reason bid is unsuccessful, the check will be returned to bidder uncashed. Once this bid is accepted and the bid check is cashed, Mare Owner shall have a legal financial obligation to PPEA until check has cleared and funds are received by PPEA. In the event a check is returned unpaid for any reason, PPEA reserves the right to add bank fees and costs. PPEA shall notify stallion owner with the name and contact information of the purchasing mare owner when the above stud service is sold and paid for. Upon receipt of this information from PPEA, the participating stallion owner has agreed to promptly execute an appropriate breeding contract with the purchasing mare owner.
