Pre-entries and prepaid stall/hookup reservation are appreciated. They really help everyone because they save a lot of time at our shows! To say "thank you" to our exhibitors for this help, PPEA is holding a drawing at each show for one FREE STALL at that show. The winner's stall money will be refunded when they check out. You will receive one chance to win for each PHBA or IBHA horse you pre-enter, and one chance to win for each prepaid stall/hook-up reservation you make. PLEASE READ DOWN THIS PAGE AND FOLLOW THE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS TO PRE-ENTER OR RESERVE:
Your pre-entries and/or prepaid reservations MUST BE RECEIVED at the PPEA HOME OFFICE by the MONDAY BEFORE EACH SHOW to be eligible!

PPEA FUTURITY FESTIVAL SHOW (PHBA-IBHA Show Aug. 24) Monday, AUGUST 18Important -- Your entry/reservation must be RECEIVED BY PPEA (not just postmarked) by this date to be eligible for the drawing.
HOW TO PRE-ENTER A HORSE:
1. Select your breed and download the correct entry form below.
2. Print out both pages of the form.
3. USE ONLY ONE FORM FOR EACH HORSE. Include all information as indicated on the form including all horse information, owner information, and information for all exhibitor(s). Follow the instructions on the form and mark all classes the horse is entering with the correct letter for the exhibitor showing in that class. (Entries may be scratched and classes may be added or dropped at the show with no penalty.)
4. Release on the form MUST BE SIGNED as indicated or entry will be rejected (insurance regulations).
5. Send form to PPEA HOME OFFICE (address in instructions on form). You do NOT need to pre-pay horse entries, but please be prepared to leave an open check at the show office.
6. REMEMBER TO BRING ALL YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERS & MEMBERSHIP CARDS WITH YOU WHEN YOU CHECK-IN AT THE SHOW -- THESE MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE YOU CAN ENTER THE RING!

HOW TO MAKE A PREPAID STALL OR HOOKUP RESERVATION:
1. Click below and print out the reservation form.
2. Completely fill out the form as indicated and figure your total. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO PPEA.
3. Send form with your remittance to PPEA HOME OFFICE (address on form).
4. Stall & Hook-up reservations are refundable if cancelled BY NOON FRIDAY before the show (or if cancelled later with a vet's excuse). Reservations made but not cancelled as per the above WILL BE DUE AND PAYABLE as a financial obligation to PPEA.
